Job summary
Optimal Care in Jackson, MI, seeks an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate end-of-life care with clinical excellence. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel moderately within service area
