Qualifications

• RN license for the state(s) assigned.
• 1+ years of RN home health or hospice experience.
• 1+ years of RN management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations for the care center.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification/precertification.
• Reviews documentation and ensures completeness and timeliness.
• Assists clinicians with Plan of Care development and revisions.
• Participates in on-call process and staff training.
