Beacon Hospice, a part of Amedisys, is seeking a RN Clinical Manager in Maine. You will lead clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with staffing leadership to optimize care delivery.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of RN management experience in home health or hospice. Amedisys emphasizes flexibility, growth, and care delivered at home.

Qualificações

• Requires RN licensure in the appropriate state and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• At least 1 year of RN management experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports and collaborates with the director of staffing.
• Oversees overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews service requests and determines patient eligibility for home care services.
• Coordinates patient referrals and admissions with intake.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification requirements.
• Ensures documentation is complete and timely.
• Assists in establishing Plan of Care and revising it with clinicians.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies and participates in on-call duties.
• Assists with staff training to ensure quality care and fiscal responsibility.
• Participates in patient/family issue investigations and resolutions.

Conhecimentos
