Qualifications

• Minimum nursing degree required (RN).

Responsibilities

• Support the director of staffing and oversee clinical operations.
• Ensure quality patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organize care center operations and review service eligibility.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, scheduling, and payor verification.
• Assist with training, on-call duties, and plan of care development.
