Qualifications

• Licensed RN with hospice experience required.
• Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Strong knowledge of hospice care and the needs of patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure intake and referral processes are completed efficiently.
