Job summary

Optimal Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering end-of-life care. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, compassionate leadership, and regulatory compliance in Michigan’s service area.

Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with leadership potential, capable of guiding nurses, social workers, and spiritual care teams while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel moderately within service area.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• BSN and management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence and compassion.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence.
• Partner with field staff, physicians, and leadership to shape care delivery and staff development.
