Job summary

Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse) to lead patient and family care per the plan of care, supervise the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum 3 years in healthcare; hospice/home health preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; BSN a plus.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• EMR experience a strong plus.
• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Hospice and Palliative Nursing certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care per plan of care, ensuring quality and continuity.
• Manage Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) scheduling, mentoring and timekeeping.
• Oversee the consultative process between Medical Director and IDT members.
• Attend/Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings.
• Ensure EMR documentation workflow is followed.
