Job summary

Compassus in Metairie, LA is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager who delivers compassionate, patient- and family-centered care across the care continuum.

You will partner with the care team to enable meaningful time with loved ones, educate caregivers, and coordinate at-home services while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and empathy.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
