Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• Current licensure in State and CPR certification.
• Able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs.
• Develop a care plan that establishes patient goals.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient needs.
