Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in meaningful activities. You will build trusting, compassionate relationships and empower caregivers through education, collaborating with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
