Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN-accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state.
• RN with 1 year of recent professional nursing experience, or BSN with relevant public health/home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive patient/family assessments.
• Provide professional nursing care following the nursing process.
• Write and revise care plans with patient/family involvement.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Counsel patients and families on nursing needs and self-care.
• Participate in on-call duties and ensure equipment and services are available.
