Job summary

Arkansas Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to oversee clinical interventions for an assigned hospice caseload in Searcy, AR. The role emphasizes coordination with the interdisciplinary team, care planning, and ensuring patient comfort.

The RN will participate in admissions, education, and community outreach while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards. A valid AR RN license and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year nursing experience in a hospital, home health, hospice, or related program.
• Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas.
• Additional Requirements: Valid Arkansas driver’s license, personal automobile, automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient care after initial admission and assignment to a designated RN Case Manager.
• Assists in the admission process as requested.
• Interprets Arkansas Hospice, Inc. policies for staff and others to assure understanding and compliance.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to manage the plan of care for patients/families.
