Job summary

Compassus in Allentown, PA is seeking a Part-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our patient‑centered team. You will provide skilled nursing care, manage caseloads, and collaborate with physicians, social workers and aides to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care in patients' homes.

You’ll build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and advocate for comfort, dignity, and quality of life while following our Caring for Who You Are culture.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
