Qualifications

• Active state Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 6 months in skilled nursing.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in homes and facilities.
• Serve as central liaison within the interdisciplinary team.
• Honor patient wishes and ensure dignity and comfort in final days.
