Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to support patients and their families in comfortable, meaningful ways.

Requirements include an active RN license in Missouri, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), CPR and BCLS certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
