Job summary

Compassus in Missouri is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families at home. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and educate caregivers to promote comfort and dignity.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license. We offer generous benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license for patient home visits.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with patients and families to support care goals.
