Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home hospice care through the Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice network. This role emphasizes patient comfort, family support, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to honor quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, have at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and maintain CPR and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the state you work.
• Minimum of two years' RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients and families.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on home care and symptom management.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services.
