Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its hospice team. You will deliver the Plan of Care, collaborate with other professionals, and ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive Georgia environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Georgia RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinical and hospice experience. Excellent communication and a commitment to patient confidentiality are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of Clinical Experience required.
• 1 year of Hospice experience required.
• RN - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• Driver License with valid vehicle insurance and access to transportation upon hire

• Assumes full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient.
• Continuously evaluates personal and professional performance and makes necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care.
• Develops the patient's Plan of Care in collaboration with other professionals and implements treatment strategies based on nursing theory.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
