Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and engage in enjoyed activities. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care, and work with the care team to provide comfort and dignity in home and community settings.

The role requires an RN license in the state, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
