Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our Indiana, PA team. You will provide expert, patient-centered hospice care, assess needs, and develop care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization committed to dignity and comfort at the end of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or related setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy and commitment to clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with patients' wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.
