Safro Staffing has partnered with a compassionate hospice care provider serving Montgomery and surrounding counties. We're seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a contract position with flexible, daytime hours.

The RN works as part of an inter-disciplinary team to deliver end-of-life care, manage symptoms and support patients and families in facilities and homes. A PA RN license and 1–2 years hospice or home care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA.
• 1-2 years hospice or home care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services to hospice patients in facilities and patients' homes, including scheduled and emergent visits to manage symptoms and to provide support to patients and families.
• Candidate must be able to work well independently.

Job Summary
