AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Austin, TX area to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and work to maximize comfort and quality of life for patients and families, with autonomy and robust support from a mission-driven organization.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay ($85,000–$95,000) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensure as an RN in the practicing state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
