Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their home health services in the Greater Riverside/San Bernardino area. The RN will perform initial assessments, develop care plans, and provide necessary nursing care to patients in a home setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $55.00-$63.00, along with comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan and medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on CPR.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial assessment of the patient and family.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care as needed.
• Regularly re-evaluates patients’ needs.
• Develops a care plan establishing goals.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
