• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Initiates and revises the plan of care based on patient status.
• Counsels patients and families in meeting care plans.
• Identifies discharge planning needs for patients.
