Compassus in Davenport, IA is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, home-based care to patients and their families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services, educate caregivers, and empower patients to live with dignity and comfort. A valid RN license and hospice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
