Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Iowa, with at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification.

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate hospice care and coordinate with the care team.
• Support patients and families to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Educate caregivers on care for loved ones and assist with advance care planning.
