Job summary

Cadre Family Companies seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join the Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care team. You'll deliver high-quality care in patients’ homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities, guided by the hospice philosophy and patient wishes.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and collaborative, with at least one year of nursing experience and an unrestricted RN license. Travel throughout the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR/EMR) documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to patients and families in homes, assisted living, and SNFs.
• Manage patient symptoms with clinical expertise and empathy.
• Support patients and families throughout the hospice journey.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression and end-of-life care.
