Job summary

Corewell Health Hospice West in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks an experienced RN to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care and symptom management. You will implement and monitor the plan of care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families in home, facility, and hospital settings.

The role requires an Associate's in Nursing with Michigan RN licensure; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred, and a valid Michigan driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing (RN license required)
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license must be active
• Driver's License in State of Michigan required
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide end-of-life care and symptom management.
