Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State Registered Nurse License.
• Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• Initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patient needs and ADLs.
• Implement the individualized plan of care and revise as necessary.
• Coordinate care among patient, caregiver, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
