Job summary

AccentCare invites a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East/Southeast Dallas care teams. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, supporting patients and families within an interdisciplinary team.

In this full-time role you’ll practice at the top of your license, with autonomy and the backing of a mission-driven organization that values your well-being and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (or eligible) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care maximizing comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and team to implement care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly reflecting patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
