Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assume full nursing responsibility for hospice patients' care.
• Develop and implement the patient's Plan of Care in collaboration with the team.
• Identify patients' needs and document responses to care.
