Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with hospice experience or a strong interest in end-of-life care and a reliable driver with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Hospice or similar setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
