Hospice Home Care in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice RN team. You will provide expert, patient-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state licensure.
• One year nursing experience required; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for community visits.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Create and implement hospice care plans aligned with patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and education to patients and families.
• Educate and support family caregivers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in on-call rotation.
