Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home and help families balance care with quality time together. You will build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity in patients’ homes.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
