Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in home-based settings. You will assess needs, coordinate care plans, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, hospice experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. We offer flexible scheduling and a strong benefits package to support you and your family.
