Anew Hospice in Indiana is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse to serve the Crawfordsville area. The RN will deliver nursing care to patients in home and community settings, following the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, while collaborating with a close-knit team.

Candidates should hold an Indiana RN license, bring hospice or long-term care experience if possible, and possess strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate hospice services and home-based care in Crawfordsville area.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care through nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Job Requirements

• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN)
