Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and regulatory requirements for the assigned team.
• Promote quality of care and patient/staff safety.
• Investigate complaints and resolve issues thoroughly.
• Provide staff in-services on regulatory issues and agency policy.
• Function effectively in various home environments regardless of client demographics.
