Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Baylor Hospice RN in Camp Hill, PA. This full-time position covers travel throughout the Camp Hill territory with a schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8AM-8PM, and potential for alternate weekends.

Join a team delivering 1:1 patient care and support families during critical times. Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree, PA licensure, and hospice experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in PA.
One year nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
Experience in hospice or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
Create hospice care plans that align with the patient's wishes and goals
Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
Provide pain and symptom management
Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
