Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to join our team as a Baylor nurse in Camp Hill, PA. You will provide expert, patient-centered care during a critical time in people’s lives, while working in a supportive environment where skills and empathy shine.

Daily schedule includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM with opportunities for professional growth and a stable role within a growing company. Travel within Camp Hill territory is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation.
• Experience: one year required; three+ years preferred.
• Hospice or related setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care and commitment to clinical/documentation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.
