Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (Baylor) to join our Camp Hill, PA team. You will provide 1:1 patient care, develop care plans, administer medications, and support families across the Camp Hill territory with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Travel throughout the Camp Hill territory is required, with on-call rotations and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality hospice care and documentation excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with a valid automobile and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.
