Adoration Health is seeking a Baylor Hospice RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in Camp Hill, PA, and surrounding communities. You will join a dedicated team delivering end-of-life care, managing symptoms, and supporting families in a supportive work environment.

The role requires RN licensure, 1+ year of nursing experience (3+ preferred), and willingness to travel within the Camp Hill territory.

Qualifications

• RN licensure to practice in state of operation.
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligning with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.
