Remarkable Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and facilities. You will administer medications, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families at end-of-life.

Travel to patient locations and on-call coverage are required; CPR and RN licensure are essential. Join a team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and professionalism in a supportive work environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Current valid State Nursing license (RN) and CPR certification; driver’s license and auto liability insurance; not listed in OIG Excluded Provider.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments according to Agency policy and Plan of Care.
• Develops and implements written Plan of Care with patient and family.
• Coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team and refers to on-call rotation as needed.
• Documents patient status accurately, timely, and concisely.
• Travels locally to patients' residences or facilities and maintains confidentiality.
