Arden Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in an after-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role. This position focuses on providing expert end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in Savannah/ Lexington, TN area.

You will coordinate and manage patient care after hours, assess needs, deliver skilled nursing interventions, and communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• After-hours on-call availability required.
