Job summary

Caris Healthcare in Clinton, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team. The RN will assess patients, plan and implement care, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure comfort and quality of life.

This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $70,000–$73,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid training, mileage reimbursement, tuition assistance, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a registered nurse license in the state of operation.
• Nursing experience required; Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of nursing principles and patient/family teaching.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Serve as patient advocate and explain patient rights and procedures.
• Observe and evaluate patient status, safety, and education needs for caregivers.
• Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses.
• Participation in on-call rotating schedule and provide back-up support.
