Divine Guardian LLC in Tucker, GA is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to join our care team. This role supports patients and families at end of life, in home or facility settings, delivering skilled nursing with empathy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
• Ability to work independently, manage a patient caseload, and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits in the Tucker, GA area
• Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally resilient demeanor
