Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, create personalized care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team. You will drive the team to ensure every patient receives compassionate hospice care and maintain high-quality standards.

The role requires GA RN licensure and 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice. Local travel and on-site work are expected, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
