Divine Guardian LLC in Tucker, GA is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The role involves assessing and planning patient care, administering treatments, and educating patients and families in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active GA RN license, an ADN or BSN, and current BLS/CPR certification, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
