Job summary

Serenity Hospice PA in Adams County, PA is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to join our care team. This full-time role focuses on patient-centered, end-of-life care and supports families through difficult times.

You will coordinate skilled nursing care, deliver symptom management, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients in their homes or the community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA (required).
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.

Position Overview

The Hospice RN is responsible for coordinating and delivering skilled nursing care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients receiving hospice services.
