Job summary

Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving Adams County, PA. This Full-Time position offers a $3000 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement, with health benefits and a 401(k) plan. No nights or weekends, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating skilled nursing care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life for hospice patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Position Overview
