Job summary

Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving Adams County, PA. This full-time position offers meaningful, patient-centered end-of-life care and support to patients and families.

The RN will coordinate skilled nursing care, develop and implement care plans, manage symptoms, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A PA RN license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and symptom management.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care and disease progression.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Position Overview
